We are so incredibly grateful to have shared the past 12 years with you building an amazing community event, and we thank you for helping us grow it into a signature event of the Mother’s Day weekend.

Our team has collectively decided that we will be closing the Red Deer PCN Fun Run chapter as of 2023. Continuing to deliver this event at the level you have come to know is not feasible as we look forward in our personal and professional lives.

There are so many fabulous things to celebrate about the past 12 years:

• Annual traditions created of friends and family getting together to share the day and get moving

• Thousands of hours generously donated by our top-notch volunteers to make each year exceptional

• Organizing committee members who brought non-stop ideas and energy

• Community partners who worked together to bring the event to reality and make the day special

• Hundreds of kilometers of beautiful trails we have covered together on race day and during training

• Every smile on the faces of our participants, from the very youngest to the “youngest at heart”

We have loved seeing each of you walk, run, and roll across our finish line. Thank you for the honour of being your chosen run/walk!
